Customer Satisfaction and Policies at Columboss
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Columboss. Our aim is to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience on our site through an easy return and exchange policy.
Return and Exchange Policy: You have 20 days to return or exchange your jacket. After receiving the jacket, you have 24 hours to initiate the return or exchange request, and the process should be completed within 20 days. After this period, we cannot entertain any requests. For returns and exchanges, you can send the jacket back to our warehouses in UAE, or Pakistan. Please note that for returns, a 25% service fee of your order’s cost will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method upon receiving the jacket back at our warehouse.
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order without any fees. After this period, there’s a chance your order may be processed, and a 25% service fee will apply.
Defective Product: In the case of a defective product, you can request an exchange by sending a snapshot of the fault, along with details and your order number, to info@columboss.com. Our customer support agent will then guide you through the process.
Issue in Size: If you encounter size issues, you can request a size exchange by contacting us at info@columboss.com with your order number.
Cases Where Return or Exchange is Not Applicable:
- If the fault is not from our end.
- If the received item violates our rules.
- If you want to return the product without a valid reason, shipping charges will apply.
- Customized jackets cannot be returned, as they are specifically made on request.
